Why would you use a health coach? Why do you want to commit to 90 days? When you sign on to achieve a goal, your health coach becomes a support system. Package comes with zoom meetings 5 days a week for question and answers. I am also available to attend doctor appointments, which is recommended when signing on. This provides a liaison between you and your doctor. I have 20 years of clinical experience and I am a CCMA by trade. I know the protocols doctors use to manage chronic diseases. Signing on with me fills the gap in your care. I can also provide meal plans that better sync with your needs and goals.
